2017: The of the Karnataka Secondary Leaving Certificate (SSLC) will be declared today (May 12) at 3 pm. Once announced, the Karnataka SSLC results 2017 will be available online. These examinations were held in the month of March. According to reports, 4.69 lakh boys and 4.07 lakh girls totalling nearly 8 lakh students appeared for these exams.

In a statement, Karnataka primary and secondary education minister Tanveer Sait said, “Karnataka Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) examination results will be announced on Friday, May 12, at 3 pm.”

Due to cases of paper leakage reported in the past, this year SSLC board took elaborate measures to prevent the leakage of question papers. According to the report, adequate arrangements were made to complete this examination in a free, fair and transparent manner and also guidelines were issued to ensure timely evaluation of these papers.

Due to heavy traffic, the website may be slow on the day of the results announcement, however, a government official confirmed that proper measures have been taken by the state government to ensure easy, smooth and timely access to Karnataka SSLC results for the 2017.

According to the report, the SSLC board this year issued separate question papers and answer sheets. And, allowed students to take the question papers home. CCTV surveillance and video recording were used to ensure cheating free examinations. 1,184 exam centres were under CCTV surveillance and 40 cameras were installed at the Board’s office.

1. Results will be declared on May 12, 2017, at 3 pm.
2. Go to the online website
3. On the homepage, click on the notification for the Kerala SSLC results 2017.
4. Fill in your roll number and other details.
5. Once you submit this information, results will be displayed.
6. Take a print for future references. But do digitise your results for future references.
