The Government of Uttar Pradesh is making pioneering efforts to improve education, healthcare, housing, infrastructure and law & order with the help of technology. This is quite visible from the fact that over the past few years, there has been huge growth in e-governance services in the state. Some of the technology led projects have smoothened the tardy process and raised the expectation of citizen for quick public service delivery.

However, this huge push towards digitalisation has also necessitated having smart IT infrastructure that is agile, scalable and flexible. So, the Government of Uttar Pradesh recognises the importance of technology for accelerating state’s growth.

Therefore, with the aim to understand the opportunities and challenges emanating from use of technology and how IT can accelerate state’s growth, Tech Observer in association with network technology giant Juniper Networks is organising ‘Digital Senate Series’ in Lucknow on July 10, 2019, at Hilton Garden.
