Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit seeks Evaly and eOrange bank account details

Dhaka — The bank accounts of contentious e-commerce companies and e-Orange have been summoned by Bangladesh Intelligence Unit (BFIU). Information has also been sought on all types of accounts conducted in the name of Evaly’s managing director Mohammad Rassell and chairman Shamima Nasrin.

The BFIU has sought the information yesterday. Earlier, BFIU had frozen Evaly’s for a month. The letter said Evaly.com’s managing director Mohammad Rassell and chairman Shamima Nasrin would have to send information on all types of accounts.
