HCL launches TechBee, an early career training program in Madurai

Indian IT major HCL has launched TechBee, an HCL early career training program in Madurai. The program is aimed to provide software engineering jobs to bright 10+2 students, said HCL.

Indian major HCL has launched , an HCL early training program in Madurai. The program is aimed to provide engineering jobs to bright 10+2 students, said HCL.

“HCL’s new people strategy for 10+2 students aims to offer software engineering jobs by equipping them with the future ready skills,” said a statement from HCL. The first batch with students from Madurai and nearby areas started on Friday.

Through this program, a 10+2 student will gain skills to do a software engineer job with HCL and also enroll into Masters in IT program. Students who have joined this program have a minimum 85% marks in their 12th exam with Math as a subject.
