The company has pumped in about $3 billion in the company since 2016 with the recent stake purchase costing about 212 million euros ($257.05 million).

According to Prosus, the company will support GoodHabitz' plans to expand in new markets outside its home market of the Netherlands. Founded in 2011, GoodHabitz focuses on training businesses and providing their employees with a broad range of digital learning solutions.
