BPSC 64th Prelims Result 2018-19 declared at bpsc.bih.nic.in

The Bihar Public Service Commission has declared BPSC 64th Prelims 2018-19. The announcement was made late night on Saturday after marathon meeting held by BPSC Chairman Shishir Sinha. In this exam, which was held in December 2018, as many as 2,95,444 candidates have appeared. According to BPSC director Amrendra Kumar, 19,109 candidates have qualified in 64th Combined (Preliminary) Competitive Examination.

The total qualified candidates includes 9320 from general category, 2689 from , 131 from ST, 3357 of extremely backward, 2138 in backward classes, backward female 573, disabled 570 and 280 relatives of Freedom Fighters.

As far as cutoff are concern, the general class male cutoff was 97, for female it was 86, SC male 85, SC female 69, ST male 89 and female 80, extremely backward class 90, female 76, backward class male 93 and female 82 .

BPSC had conducted the in December, 2018. More than two lakh aspirants had appeared in the 64th Combined (Preliminary) Competitive Examination at 808 centres including 93 centres in the state capital Patna. BPSC is expected to fill around 1465 vacancies in the state this year through this exam.
