British carmaker Morris Garages India has deployed Dealer Management Solution. For this company took the help of itelligence India Software Solutions which provides services for SAP solutions.

The will help the company’s dealers to run their core business operations including sales, dispatches, billing and inventory management smoothly. Besides, catering to core business functionality, DMS tracks the customer journey starting with customer interactions through various channels website, third party portal, call centre, showroom visits, test drive, sales, post-sales activities, services and feedback at each stage through customer mobile app.

India said that it aims to garner and collate data around prospected customers interested in buying the SUV and also improve the customer experience with purchasing and post-sale services.
