Tech Mahindra on expansion mode, to hire 1,000 associates this fiscal

Eyeing expansion, Indian tech major Tech Mahindra has announced to hire as many as 1,000 associates in FY22-23. The announcement comes as a part of the company’s focus to tap local talent, improve agility to deliver solutions, and provide flexibility to its current associates to work from their hometowns.

The company has already inaugurated a new campus in Tidel Park Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The new campus, spanning over 10,000 sq ft, “will focus on building a next-generation technology hub in Coimbatore with an aim of delivering cutting-edge solutions for Tech Mahindra’s global customers in various segments such as automobile, banking,e-commerce, finance, research & development, among others,” the company said.

The campus will also focus on developing new technology stack pertaining to Intelligent Automation, / Robotic Process Automation, Full-stack development, Customer Experience (CX), and other Next-Gen and Management Skills (ADMS).
