At ATMs of Basic Bank, BRAC Bank, First Security Islami Bank, IFIC Bank, Jamuna Bank, Midland Bank, Shahjalal Islami Bank, and Social Islami Bank, bKash customers will be able to cash out from Mercury at a cost of Tk 14.90 per thousand.

This makes easier for the customer to go to the nearest point of use using the map of the bKash app from 2 lakh 40 thousand agent points, 275 customer service centers, more than two and a half lakh merchant points, and more than one thousand 100 ATM points across the country.

From this option of the map, the customer can know the location of the specific agent, merchant, customer service center, or ATM as well as some more information like his picture, type of business, time of service.

Customers can select the bKash map from the bKash logo on the right side of the bKash app’s home screen. To use the development map, the customer must turn on his location. Then you can grasp the whole map.

At the bottom of the map are the Agent, Merchant, Customer Service, and ATM logos. By tapping on the required logo, the customer will be able to see the five nearest agent points or customer care or ATM.

You can also get directions from the ‘View List’ button or from the ‘Show Route’ option by tapping on any Agent / Merchant / ATM / Customer Service. In addition, by tapping on Merchant, the customer will be able to see the nearest 10 Merchant Points.
