Hisense launches UX ULED RGB Mini-LED TV series in India

Flagship 116-inch model of Hisense priced at ₹29.99 lakh; features RGB Mini-LED technology, AI engine and CineStage X Surround

Consumer brand Hisense has introduced its flagship UX ULED television series in India, bringing RGB Mini-LED technology to the market. The series will be available in 100-inch and 116-inch sizes, with prices ranging from ₹9,99,999 to ₹29,99,999.

The UX series uses individual red, green and blue Mini-LEDs across thousands of dimming zones, a departure from conventional single-color LEDs. According to Hisense, this approach allows the TVs to achieve up to 95% BT.2020 color coverage and peak brightness of 8,000 nits.

The displays are supported by Hisense’s proprietary H7 picture-quality chipset with a 2-TOPS NPU and the Hi-View AI Engine X, which adjusts picture, sound and energy efficiency in real time. The televisions also carry certifications for HDR10+, Dolby Vision IQ, IMAX Enhanced, and Pantone-validated colour accuracy.

Audio on the UX series is powered by a 6.2.2 CineStage X Surround system co-developed with French audio company Devialet. The setup includes top-firing speakers and a built-in subwoofer. The models support WiSA SoundSend and eARC for high-quality wireless audio connectivity.

The TVs run on the VIDAA smart operating system, offering access to multiple streaming services and support for 28 languages including . Hisense has committed to providing eight years of software updates for the platform.

For gaming, the UX offers native 165Hz refresh rate, VRR (variable refresh rate), AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, and a dedicated Game Bar.

In terms of sustainability, the TVs come with a solar-powered and USB-C rechargeable remote, aimed at reducing disposable battery use.

The will be sold through select offline retail outlets and online platforms including Amazon and Flipkart. The 116-inch model is priced at ₹29,99,999.
