Online gaming firm Games24x7 onboards top tech leader Rajat Bansal as new CTO

Top Indian online gaming company has announced to onboard top techie as new company Chief Technology Officer. Bansal was earlier working as Head of Engineering at Amazon Lockers.

According to Games24x7, Bansal will be responsible for outlining and implementing the company's technological vision and ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with the business needs. “He will also be responsible for delivering creative strategies to maximise tech innovation and provide an intuitive gaming experience to players,” Games24x7 said in a statement.

With over two decades of experience in the technology sector, Bansal has served the Amazon Prime Video Team before joining the leadership team for Amazon Lockers. Prior to Amazon, Rajat served as an Executive Vice President at Naukri.com and was Chief Technology Officer at Hike Messenger, Games24x7 said.

In a joint statement, Trivikraman Thampy and Bhavin Pandya, Co-Founders and CEOs, Games24x7, said, “Rajat has vast experience in building technologies and teams across multiple organisations. Rajat will bolster our already market-leading technology infrastructure to accelerate growth and innovation at Games24x7. We are delighted to welcome such a remarkable leader amongst us.”

Speaking on his appointment Rajat Bansal, , Games24x7, said, “Games24x7 has had an outstanding journey so far, disrupting the sector with constant tech innovations. I am excited to join Games24x7 at this pivotal phase, as it plans on deploying newer technologies and developing robust services across its products.”

STMicro quarterly profit declines by 18.4% owing to slow demand
