In an hour and 22 minutes of Facebook Live, Evaly gave details about the current situation and how he will do business in the future. The CEO of Evaly said, ‘If Evaly can be stopped by spreading propaganda, maybe one group will benefit, but it will suffer more. Because closing Evaly is not a solution. It is not possible to close any institution and bring back the investment. Give us a chance to do business, we won't let anyone get hurt. ‘
Speaking about the current problem, he said, “We have given refund checks to many people who are stuck. I have talked to two banks, it will take another seven to 10 days to resolve. In the meantime, talks have been held with the regulatory agencies. We will deliver all our old orders within the next six months. That requires cooperation. ”
Angered, the Evaly CEO said, ‘Many are talking about protecting the interests of the customer and protecting the future. But they are now insisting on closing Evaly rather than resolving the issue. Many are saying that it is not possible to make up for the loss that Evaly has made. That's not right. “
This is being said in the context of a report. But we were not given a chance to make a valuation. It is possible to recover this loss by doing business valuation. Now we have many big companies with us. We have companies like Oppo, Samsung, Techno, Jamuna Electronics, Walton, Bashundhara Group, Bata and Coca Cola. Are these companies doing business with us without realizing it? ‘

He added, “Two government agencies are working on e-commerce. Issued a circular on e-commerce management on the 29th of last month. This has introduced a standard operator system. We have to abide by the instructions given by the Ministry of Commerce.
Meanwhile, bKash has suspended payments to 10 online merchants, including Evaly and Alesha Mart. Earlier, several banks also suspended their credit, debit, and pre-paid card transactions with Evaly.
These include Dutch-Bangla Bank, Prime Bank, Mutual Trust Bank (MTB), BRAC Bank, Bank Asia, Dhaka Bank. Besides, UCB and Citibank have also warned their customers about these online merchant transactions.
Meanwhile, several suppliers of contracts with Evaly have not paid their dues against the vouchers. A number of companies have recently issued notices banning purchases on Evaly's gift vouchers.
