Xiaomi devices sale during first two days of festive season crosses 2.5 million

Chinese maker Xiaomi said that it has sold over 2.5 million Xiaomi devices primarily and smart TV in less than two and a half days of current festive sale season being run on e-commerce portals. Xiaomi devices include smartphones, Mi LED TVs, Mi Band 3, Mi Power Banks, Mi Earphones, Mi Routers and other Mi ecosystem and accessory products that were sold across Amazon , Flipkart Big Billion Days, and mi.com’s Mi Super Sale.

It is the highest number of smartphones Xiaomi has ever sold in this period. Last year, the company sold 1 million smartphones during the 1st two days of festive sale between 20 to 22 September 2017 across the same platforms. This year this number has doubled to over two million smartphones being sold in less than 2.5 days. Xiaomi devices sold includes over 100,000 Mi LED TVs and over 400,000 Mi Ecosystem products and accessories, which also marks the highest number of Mi LED TVs Chinese firm has sold in this period.

Flipkart Big Billion Days is being held from 10 to 14 October with early Flipkart Plus member access on 9 October and mobile sale from 11 October, Mi.com’s Mi Super Sale sale is from 9 to 15 October and Amazon Great Indian Shopping Festival is being held from 10 to 15 October with early Prime access on 9 October.

All Xiaomi products on Flipkart have a 10% Instant Discount with Debit/Credit Cards & EMI Transactions except Redmi 5A. All Xiaomi products on Amazon have 10% Instant Discount on SBI Debit and Credit Card, except Redmi 6A.
