Tenco Mobile launches 5 news smartphones in India

All the launched smartphones will be available within a week except the Tecno i7 which smartphone maker plans to bring in early May.

The parent firm of Itel and Infinix brands, , a Hong Kong-based company has launched Tecno in India. On Monday company launched five smartphones – (Rs. 7,990), i3 Pro (Rs. 9,990), i5 (Rs. 11,490), i5 Pro (Rs. 12,990), and i7 (Rs. 14,990).

All the launched smartphones will be available within a week except the which maker plans to bring in early May. Smartphone firm informed that all five smartphones will be available in Gold, Champagne, Sky Black, and Space Grey colour variants via offline retailers.

The Tecno i3 and Techo i3 Pro are more or less similar phone with slight difference in their specifications. While Techo i3 Pro has better memory (3GB of RAM) and the presence of an anti-oil fingerprint sensor, the Tecno i3 bears a 5-inch HD IPS display, an 8-megapixel rear camera, an 8-megapixel front camera, 2GB of RAM, 16GB inbuilt storage, 4G VoLTE and ViLTE support, and a 3050mAh battery.

On the other hand, Tecno i7 comes with a 16-megapixel front camera which company is marketing as “night selfie camera.” The front camera comes with screen flash as well as front LED flash. The i7 also sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with quad-LED flash.

The Tecno i7 features a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) IPS display. The dual-SIM smartphone runs the company's own HiOS, based on Android 7.0 Nougat. It is powered by 1.5GHz octa-core processor coupled with 4GB RAM. The Tecno i7 packs 32GB of inbuilt storage that's expandable via microSD card.

Tecno i7 is powered by 4000mAh battery with Rocket Charging. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE support.
