To accomplish stable handheld photography, the Lumix GH5M2’s Body I.S. (Image Stabilizer) has been enhanced, allowing for.6.5-stop slower shutter speeds, the manufacturer claims.

The GH5M2 supports wireless live streaming via the Lumix Sync smartphone application. A specific software package, Lumix Webcam Software, is available for download to enable wired live broadcasting.

Bluetooth 4.2 is included, as is Wi-Fi 5GHz (IEEE802.11ac) and 6/2.4GHz (IEEE802.11b/g/n). The majority of the GH5’s accessories, including the XLR Microphone Adaptor, the Shutter Remote Control, and the Battery Grip, are also compatible with the GH5M2.

“The LUMIX GH5M2 complements the current workstyle as it is capable of wireless live-streaming using the Lumix Sync application for smartphones. High-quality live-streaming is possible with minimum equipment in either an outdoor or an indoor environment — with just the camera and a smartphone,” stated Hardeep Sarna, Sales and Marketing Head, Imaging Group, Panasonic India.
