Coolpad launches Note 5 Lite in India, know price, specs, camera, availability

Priced at ₹8,199, Coolpad Note 5 sports an 8 mega-pixel front camera, 3GB RAM and it is exclusively available on Amazon.in

Smartphone maker Coolpad has launched the Note 5 Lite smartphone in India. The newly launched sports a sleek metal body combined with an 8-megapixel front camera integrated with a fingerprint scanner at the rear. Coolpad said that the phone would be exclusively available on e-commerce portal .in at a price of ₹8,199. It will be available in variants of gold and grey starting via open sale from 21 March, 2017.

The device is powered with 3GB of RAM and 16GB of flash along with expandable memory using a microSD card. It bears a 13-megapixel auto focus rear camera and 8 mega pixel camera, both equipped with LED flash light. The Note 5 Lite also uses an aluminium magnesium alloy and weight at 148g.

It is available with 5- inch HD IPS display (1280X970), with a dimension of 145.3×72.3×8.7mm. It comes with scratch resistant, 2.5D curved glass on top of its display.

The  Coolpad Note 5 is powered by 64 bit 1.0 GHz quad core MediaTek MT6735CP processor, assisted by Mali – T720 GPU and 3GB of RAM. It runs on Android 6.0 and is powered by a 2500mAh non-removable battery, with a time for upto 200H.

The connectivity options include 4G LTE, 3G / HSPA+, EDGE / GPRS, 802.11 b/g/n, Bstand by luetooth 4.0, GPS, Micro USB port and 3.5mm audio jack.

Coolpad plans for three successive launches pre- Diwali and aims to be ranked No 1 exclusive handset brands on Amazon.in by the end of 2017, said a statement.
