We are No. 1 CRM provider, claims Salesforce citing IDC data

Cloud-based ERP provider Salesforce claimed that for the sixth consecutive year it has been named the number one CRM provider by International Data Corporation () in its latest Worldwide Semiannual Software Tracker.

The company said that it grew overall market share position and increased its more than any other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) vendor in the industry.

“In fact, Salesforce increased its market share in 2018 by more percentage points than the rest of the top 15 CRM vendors combined,” the company asserted.
