Software firm Pegasystems and consulting company KPMG have formed an alliance to pitch government agencies digital transformation solution for automating manual processes. The companies said that beginning with government agencies, the alliance will expand to other industries including healthcare, financial services, and telecommunications.

Both the firms are of the view that faced with growing demand for modernized citizen services, many government agencies are saddled with reduced budgets and hiring freezes, outdated and siloed technology, and workflow and integration challenges. They will combine industry-compliant technology with strategic consulting and implementation services to deliver effective intelligent automation (IA) solutions.
