Cyhersecurity firm Forcepoint has launched a new converged security platform which it says will help both enterprise and organisations in mitigating security challenges while migrating data, application and their business operation to the cloud.

The American firm is projecting this solution to CISOs community as platform that can offer consolidated, cloud-based security solutions in a deployment agnostic delivery model, which many of the CISOs are looking for these days.

The company said that the first solution that will offered via this platform would be ‘Forcepoint Dynamic Edge Protection’. This will help enterprises to transform their network and security architectures with connectivity to take full advantage of the cloud across distributed application and network environments, said the company. The solution will offer converged capabilities for SD-WAN connectivity, next-generation firewall-as-a-service with security for Web and Cloud – all as a cloud-first, hybrid-ready service using Forcepoint’s enterprise grade technologies.
