CBSE Board Results 2017: CBSE Class 12 results and CBSE Class 10 results to be declared on May 24 and June 2

CBSE Board 2017: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will announce result for Class 12 and Class 10 on May 24 and June 2 respectively, said reports. The results would be declared at the official website of CBSE – cbse..in at 12pm.

Exams for Class 10 and Class 12 began from March 9, a day after the last phase of polling in the assembly elections in five states – , , Manipur, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh – were over. Despite the postponement of the exams, CBSE chairman RK Chaturvedi had said that CBSE would release the results on time. CBSE Class 10 and CBSE Class 12 exams usually begin on March 1, and results are declared in the third week of May.

Last year, the results for CBSE Class 10 were declared on May 28 while for CBSE Class 12, the date was May 21, 2016. According to reports, nearly 16.67 lakh students have appeared for board exams which ended on April 10 and April 29 for Class 10 and Class 12, respectively.
