Dhaka: The Commerce Ministry has issued a show-cause notice to Evaly asking why legal action will not be taken against the Valley.
The notice was sent to Evaly Chairman Shamima Nasrin and Managing Director (MD) Mohammad Rassell on Monday with the aim of protecting customers and merchants and preventing a negative impact on the digital commerce sector.
