Dhaka — Listed Walton Hitech Industries Limited has announced a 250% cash dividend for its shareholders. The dividend has been declared after reviewing the financial statements for the financial year ended 30 June 2021.
The decision was taken at a meeting of the company’s board of directors on Tuesday after reviewing the audited financial statements for the just-ended financial year.
According to company sources, investors will receive Tk250 per share with a face value of Tk10, which is 250% of the ordinary shareholders’ cash. However, entrepreneurial managers will take 170%.
