Dhaka: When all the educational institutions in Bangladesh are closed due to corona, while students are not able to go directly to the school and take classes, the primary teacher Monju Rani Pal started taking classes online thinking of the students.
She is an assistant teacher at Gobra Government Primary School in Narail Sadar Upazila.
She took classes on 10 online pages including his own school, learn at home, Narail Online Primary School, Bangladesh Alokit Primary Teacher, Digital Online Primary School Sarail Page.
She was selected as the best in the country in the fortnightly “Best Content Creator” category of Teacher Batayan Portal run by A2I.
On the night of July 31, A2I officially declared him as the best content creator.
One of the platforms of digital teaching method is this “Shikkhok Batayan (Education Window)”.
Monju Rani Pal joined the teaching profession in Government Primary School in 2010.
She completed her CNEd in 2011, B.Ed in 2015, and M.Ed in 2019 with distinction.
Teacher Manju Rani Pal described her experience and said, “I work in the Shikkhok Batayan (teacher’s window) with patience, love, and sincerity.” Those who work day and night in the teacher’s window feel well the place of joy and feeling of being the best. I work from love, I will do it like this all the time. This receipt of mine is the biggest achievement of my working life.

Manju’s colleague Nanda Das, an assistant teacher at the same school, told the media that teacher Manju Rani Pal takes classes online through excellent presentations.
“In each class, she introduces new topics which attract the attention of the students. Textbook-related thematic materials-sometimes she draws pictures and sometimes she takes classes in other ways.”

Gobra Government Primary School headmaster Swapna Rani Biswas said: “With hard work and talent, she takes online student classes. She commented that the students are able to continue their studies with joy by participating in this class during the coronation period.”
District Primary Education Officer Md. Humayun Kabir said, “In order to meet the multifaceted needs of the students in the changing society and to make the education system up-to-date, A2i has been working on innovation in the field of education for almost a decade.”
“A2i is working to connect the current education system with future needs by combining the necessary learning materials, timely teacher training, and technology,” he added.
