Almas, a student at Titumir College, is employed by Realme. He said that in the past, customers could purchase phones at a lower price from the market. Now you can purchase phones at discounted prices online.

However, the showroom’s facilities, such as warranty and guarantee, are available to customers. It is not accessible via the internet. Additionally, unofficial phones are sold online. Numerous customers also conduct with various online businesses such as Evaly or Alesha Mart. They are amassing a large number of phones simultaneously.

They are also doing well from there. Not only consumers but also a large number of businesses collect phones online. Additionally, retailers stated that the number of phones sold would have increased had the phones not been sold at various online offers.

Meanwhile, while one class is content with amassing various campaigns online, another class is humiliated. Their complaint is that the phone is not delivered on time and that various gifts such as glass protectors, back covers, and T-shirts are not available online despite the fact that the phone was purchased in a showroom. Again, many customers are not receiving phone delivery despite the fact that they have waited day after day.

It can be seen on Evaly’s Facebook page, where a customer named Naeem Hasan left a comment. “It has been an extended period of time since there has been any news regarding the refund. I require a refund immediately. And all I require is funds. I’m not interested in accepting any additional funds. I look forward to Evaly’s sincere support.

Another Evaly customer, Rabiul Islam Johnny, wrote on the company’s Facebook page – “showing delivery without product, no news of refund, mentioning 45 working days, six months, and cutting off the call centre by not receiving the call, it’s a form of fraud.”
