SSC MTS 2017 Admit Card download, SSC MTS 2017 Hall Ticket download: To be released soon at ssc.nic.in for SSC MTS 2017 re-exam

The admit card for re-examination of multi-tasking (non-technical) staff examination 2017 (Paper-I) which is scheduled to be held from September 16 to October 26 will be announced soon.

Last time in May, SSC had to rub it shoulder, not only for the SSC MTS 2017 paper leak episode of April 30, but it made headlines for publishing an admit card with the Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan‘s name and photograph. After the news went viral, many on the social media made fun of the organisation.

The upcoming SSC MTS 2017 Exam will be a computer based exam, so to ensure that candidates are familiar with system and no goof-up happens on the day of the exam, SSC has put a practice test for computer based examination on its website few days ago.

Earlier, SSC had to cancel the entire Multi Tasking Staff (Non-Technical) recruitment examination 2017 in June 2017 because of paper leaks. More than 6 million (above 60 lakh) candidates have applied for 8,300 Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff (MTS) posts in central across India.

SSC MTS 2017 Computer Based Exam

Staff Selection Commission has released the examination patterns for SSC MTS 2017. The computer based exam will be held from September 16 to October 26. Candidates will be tested on general intelligence & reasoning, numerical aptitude, general English, general awareness. Each of these subjects have been equal weight of 25 marks. The total number of marks would be 100. The duration of exam would be 90 minutes for general candidates and 120 minutes for visually handicapped, cerebral palsy candidates.

Selection criteria for SSC MTS 2017

As per the SSC MTS 2017 exam patterns, SSC will first publish the results of paper 1. Only those candidates who have qualified in paper 1 would be allowed to seat for paper 2. Then those who would appear for paper 2 will have to obtain a minimum cut off marks/qualifying marks set by SSC in order to be considered for merit.
