Dhaka: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Ministry of Land and , a proprietor of MFS (Mobile Financial Services) brand Rocket, to facilitate online payment of any land service fee in the room of the Ministry of Land.

Land Secretary Md. Mostafizur Rahman, PAA was present as the chief guest on the occasion. Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Land Pradeep Kumar Das and Executive Vice President of Dutch Bangla Bank Md. Mosharraf Hossain signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations.
