Top management professional Keri Gavin on Thursday assumed charge as Director – Executive Talent at the American over-the-top content platform and production company Netflix.

According to Netflix, Gavin carries more than 13 years of experience and has worked across journalism, PR and HR roles. She joins Netflix from Hanold Associates HR & Diversity Executive Search and Advisory where she worked as Partner and Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Practice for five years.

An alumnus of DePaul University, Gavin also worked with Ragan Communications and PR Daily, most recently as Director of Host Relations & Consulting – Ragan Consulting Group. Her journalistic experience includes working as KCCI-TV Anchor/Reporter at Hearst Television and Assignment Editor at Fox News Channel.
