Persistent Systems appoints Charles Owen as Chief Corporate Development Officer

Persistent Systems has appointed Charles Owen as Chief Corporate Development Officer. In his new role, he will be guiding the corporate strategy of the digital solutions innovator, working closely with Sandeep Kalra, is the CEO and Executive Director of the company.

Owen holds experience in finance, legal and operations roles. Most recently, he was the founder of investment firm Ev2 Ventures; investing in early-stage start-ups in the smart mobility sector in .

Prior to Ev2, he led mergers and acquisitions at HARMAN International, working on international transactions across Europe, India, and North and South America, including the acquisition of HARMAN International by Samsung.
