BSE Odisha matric result 2018 announced: Here’s how to check BSE Odisha HSC 10th results 2018

The Odisha Board of Secondary Education (BSE) has announced the BSE Odisha Class 10 result 2018.

BSE : The Odisha Board of Secondary Education (BSE) has announced the BSE Odisha Class 10 result 2018. Earlier in a press conference, the official spokesperson of the board had confirmed that BSE Odisha matric result 2018 would be declared on May 7. Now, the BSE Odisha Class 10 result 2018 is available at the official website at bseodisha.nic.in, orissaresults.nic.in and results.nic.in. In addition, the result has also been made available at third party websites – .com and examresults.net.

On Monday, the School and Mass Education Minister Badri Narayan Patra will declare the BSE Odisha matric result 2018 from the board office, said the board official. This year examination was held from February 23 and March 8. As many as 5.90 lakh students had appeared for the board examination this year that was conducted at around 2,818 centres.

Last year the class 10th examination result was declared on April 26. To prevent the cases of the paper leak and cheating which had been rampant in the past, the board had constituted 58 flying squads and 37 central squads for vigilance and to ensure smooth conduct of the examination. Also, students appeared for their exams at different centres instead of at their respective schools. In the last four years, the exams were held in the same school where the student was admitted.

The Board of Secondary Education was established in the year 1953 through a state Assembly Act i.e. ‘Odisha Secondary Education Act, 1953.’ Its duties and jurisdiction involve the development of curriculum, supervision in the implementation of state academic policies and conducting for the purpose of evaluating the students at the higher secondary level.

Step 1: Go to official website of the board – www.bseodisha.nic.in, www.orissaresults.nic.in

Step 2: Search for Class 10 result

Step 3: Enter your Roll number and other details

Step 4: After submitting the form, your result will be shown on the screen
