To surprise many Nokia emerges as India’s most trusted mobile phone for 2017 in a recently released study by Mumbai-based TRA Research.

To surprise many Nokia has emerged as for 2017 in a recently released study by Mumbai-based TRA . Brand intelligence and insights firm has ranked Nokia as India’s most trusted brand for 2017 in the mobile phones category. Nokia is also seen to be dominating the personal super-category domain in the listings.

Nokia has climbed a spot higher in the personal gadgets super-category from 2016. As per the findings of The Brand Trust Report 2017, Nokia now ranks 14 among the 1000 most trusted brands in India.

In all, these 1000 brands were grouped across 292 categories to make it to India’s most trusted brands list. The study involved 15,000 hours of fieldwork, covering 2,505 consumer-influencers across 16 Indian cities, and generated nearly 5 million data points and 11,000 unique brands, from which the top 1000 brands have been listed in this year’s report, said TRA Research.
