Cloud infrastructure firm VMware and NxtGen have partnered to offer solutions to enterprises across public clouds and on-premises data centers. Together, they unveiled an expanded set of products and services as part of the NxtGen Infinite Data Center, which is delivered from NxtGen’s data centers located across Mumbai and Bangalore.
New and updated offerings include: Extending the data center network using VMware NSX. NxtGen’s VMware NSX deployment can extend a customer’s on-premise infrastructure, thereby enabling cloud bursting. This also enables Disaster-Recovery-as-a-Service for customers that have deployed VMware solutions; Customer onboarding simplified through the VMware NSX Edge service; Enterprises can now leverage new security and load-balancing capabilities; and Hybrid container management service.
