According to a report, the images were first shared on Weibo and were later shared in multiple Twitter posts. The report suggests that the company has tweaked the design of the Xiaomi 12 Lite smartphone a bit, yet it looks pretty identical to the other devices in the series.

Previously, the upcoming handset was spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking website where it carried a model number 2203129G. As per the report, the leaked images of the Xiaomi 12 Lite have revealed the complete design of the upcoming device.

The phone is expected to come with a plastic body and won’t have a glass body like the other Xiaomi 12 series phones. Along with that, the handset also has a flat back unlike other phones of the series that come with a curved rear panel.

The Xiaomi 12 Lite will feature a triple camera bump at the top left corner of the rear panel and will have the Xiaomi branding on the bottom left corner. The camera module is expected to house a 108MP main camera that is likely to support OIS.

The handset’s display might have an in-display fingerprint scanner and a punch-hole cutout in the centre that will include the 32MP front camera and will have the volume rocker as well as the power button on the right side.

The upcoming device is likely to feature a 6.55-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED display that will support a 120Hz refresh rate. Earlier reports suggest the Xiaomi 12 Lite will be powered by a Snapdragon 778G processor, an Adreno 642L graphics unit coupled with 8GB RAM.
