KTR also held a virtual meeting with the Bosch top brass during the day even as Bosch Global Software Technologies vice president and Hyderabad centre head Kiran Sundara Raman, was present at the meeting along with Telangana IT & industries principal secretary Jayesh Ranjan.

During the meeting, KTR told the Bosch leadership that Telangana, especially Hyderabad, offers the best talent pool and infrastructure, which is why many companies that have set up shop in the state went on to recruit more employees than they had initially announced.

Bosch entered India 100 years ago by first setting up a shop in Kolkata in 1922. On the other hand, Bosch’s software and R&D division first set up its presence in India 25 years ago with its development centre in in 1997.
