Dhaka: Nearly 98 % of the country's population is covered by 4G networks, according to the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (BTRC). According to a statistic from Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC), at the end of June this year, the total number of 3G sites in the country were 41,866.

Note that there are currently four mobile phone operators operating in the country.
These four mobile phone operators got 11 lakh 40 thousand new subscribers last June. With this, the mobile phone subscriber connection stands at 17 crores 64 lakh 10 thousand.
