Top techie NanjappaPalekanda has announced to join production major Netflix as Vice President – Talent Experience and Operations. A seasoned professional, Palekanda has over 18 years of experience working across major companies including the technology giant Uber for more than four years.
“I’m grateful for the incredible professionals and amazing well-wishers I’ve come across throughout my career – Infosys, Google, andUber. I now head into an exciting new adventure at Netflix, with the same drive to work with amazing people,” Nanjappa Palekanda, VP – Talent Experience and Operations, Netflix, said in a post.
Earlier he was working as Senior Director, People Business Operations at Uber and also a member of the CHRO‘s staff and led a team that worked across Employee Experience, HR Service Delivery, M&A, Risk & Compliance, and Portfolio Management for the People function.
