Microsoft Surface Go with 128GB SSD, 8GB RAM for Rs 50,999 launched in India on Flipkart.com

Microsoft said that its Surface Go, a portable and affordable Surface device, is now available for pre-order in India exclusively with Flipkart.com starting from 12:01 PM on December 15, 2018. Microsoft Surface Go comes in two variants – a 64GB eMMC with 4GB RAM for Rs 38,599 and a 128GB SSD with 8GB RAM for Rs 50,999.

Microsoft Surface Go weigh just 1.15 pounds and it is 8.3mm thin. The device comes with a 10-inch screen. Microsoft Surface Go a 2-in-1 device that supports inking with the Surface Pen with 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity; a 3:2 high-resolution PixelSense custom calibrated display which is designed to render the pages of most school textbooks; a built-in with full friction hinge that extends to 165 degrees, and support for type and mouse input with Signature Type Cover.

Microsoft Surface Go is powered by the 7th Generation an Intel Pentium Gold Processor 4415Y, and it has a fanless design and offers up to 9 hours of battery life, said the company.

On ports and connectivity front, Surface Go has Connect for charging and docking; USB-C 3.1 for data, , and charging; a headphone jack; and a MicroSD card reader for expansion. For users who require connectivity via video calls, the Surface Go features a 5.0-megapixel HD camera and rear auto-focus 8.0-megapixel HD camera, along with dual microphones to help make crisp, clear video calls via Skype.

The company informed that commercial customers can opt for Pro which brings essential business security features to protect devices and infrastructure from modern threats. Users can benefit from Windows Autopilot, whereby the Surface Go can be unboxed and configured from the .
