With an aim to focus on upcoming festive season, the smartphone brand of TRANSSION India, TECNO has launched three new smartphones, CAMON iAIR2+, CAMON i2 and CAMON i2X. Priced at Rs 8999, Rs 10499 and Rs 12499, these smartphones promise to deliver great camera experience powered by artificial intelligence (AI).
The company informed that the newly launched trio is available across over 35000 offline retail stores from September 26. The brand's popular CAMON portfolio which made its debut in January this year has played a vital role in the growth trajectory of TECNO in India and has helped brand grow by 74% QoQ.

The trio smartphone is equipped with twin camera setup which is an integration of a 13MP main rear camera using f/1.8 aperture and an f/2.4 aperture on the secondary rear camera. The smartphones boast of AI based Auto Scene Detection (ASD) feature to enhance overall photography experience in outdoor scenario. When taking pictures, the smartphone automatically detects the scene details like lighting condition, brightness etc. and with the help of its deep learning algorithm based on 100000 Indian profile pictures, it intelligently matches the best camera parameters to the current scene, producing a perfect photo. It also comes with AI Bokeh mode, which identifies object/person and put them in foreground and blurs everything else.
Moving onto the Selfie camera of the smartphone, first, the AI Soft Light enables users to get a clearer selfie under low-light conditions. Second, the camera can shoot in Portrait mode, and applies a Bokeh effect to the background for added aesthetics.
