Dr. Muktesh Chander

Dr. Muktesh Chander is a retired Indian Police Service (IPS) officer of the 1988 AGMUT cadre. Dr. Chander has served in various leadership roles, including as DGP of Goa, Special Police Commissioner of Delhi and Director of the National Critical Information Infrastructure Protection Centre. He completed his Ph.D. in Cyber Security from IIT Delhi and is a Chevening Cyber Security Fellow from Cranfield University, UK.
