Dr. Jaijit Bhattacharya is President of the Centre for Digital Economy Policy Research and an expert in technology policy and digital governance. He has previously led the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution in India at the World Economic Forum and was a Partner in the economics and policy practice at KPMG.
He is also the CEO of Zerone Microsystems, a fintech startup, and has been associated with multiple government and policy initiatives related to e-governance, smart cities and digital economy frameworks. He holds a PhD from IIT Delhi, an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a B.Tech from IIT Kanpur.
