Sterlite Tech has launched ‘BSS of the Future’, a platform that is aimed at digitalisation project of Communication Service Providers (CSPs). According to , the platform brings enhanced benefits for both CSPs and end-users. The newly architected platform is powered by , open APIs and , enables CSPs to rapidly and effectively go digital. This new architecture integrates the erstwhile disparate System of Record, System of Engagement and System of Intelligence.
