India’s state run telecom arm Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has appointed Kulbhushan Sharma as General Manager (GM) Enterprise Business and Marketing for J&K Circle. Kulbhushan Sharma who had joined BSNL through competitive selection for Directly Recruited DGM in 2010, is a meritorious post-graduate engineer alumnus of IIT Delhi, MDI Gurgaon and NIT Rourkela. Sharma has earned goodwill of public and BSNL staff by his reputation of uprightness, responsiveness and connected well with people. He is known for his zeal to progress and empower people of his home State, even beyond his normal call of duty. His appointment is looked forward for days of better service and improved public satisfaction levels in J&K.
