Samsung launches Galaxy Tab A11+ in India with AI features, 11-inch display and up to 8GB RAM

Samsung has introduced the Galaxy Tab A11+ in India, featuring AI tools like Circle to Search, math-solving support, and a MediaTek processor for multitasking.

New Delhi has launched the Galaxy Tab A11+ in India, expanding its lineup with new artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled features designed to support learning, productivity and entertainment.

The tablet, which features an 11-inch display and a metal body, introduces AI tools such as , Circle to Search and a math-solving assistant integrated into Samsung Notes. These additions aim to make the device more interactive and adaptable for students, creators and families.

Sagnik Sen, Director, MX Business at Samsung India, said the device reflects the company’s goal to make advanced technology more accessible. “With the Galaxy Tab A11+, we are bringing powerful AI capabilities, a premium design and reliable all-day performance to more users in India,” he said.

AI tools for learning and everyday use

The Galaxy Tab A11+ comes with Google Gemini, which provides real-time visual AI for conversational interactions. Circle to Search, another feature powered by Google, allows users to obtain instant information on any item visible on the screen by drawing a circle around it.

The tablet also includes a new feature called Solve Math on Samsung Notes, which offers step-by-step solutions for equations and assignments. The feature supports handwritten and typed inputs, performing calculations ranging from basic arithmetic to advanced scientific equations and unit conversions.

Samsung said these AI features are designed to improve digital learning, make multitasking easier, and support real-time translation while browsing news or social media.

Performance and specifications

The Galaxy Tab A11+ is powered by a 4-nanometre MediaTek MT8775 processor. It is available in two memory configurations — 6GB RAM with 128GB storage and 8GB RAM with 256GB storage — both expandable up to 2TB via a microSD card.

It features a 7,040mAh battery with 25W fast charging. The tablet also includes an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera for video calls and content capture.

Design and connectivity

The tablet has an 11-inch display with speakers tuned with Dolby Atmos, and it supports a 3.5mm headphone jack. It comes in a slim metal body in grey and silver finishes, weighing 480g for the Wi-Fi model and 491g for the 5G version.

The Galaxy Tab A11+ is available in both Wi-Fi and 5G variants.

Pricing and availability

The Galaxy Tab A11+ is available in India from November 28 through Amazon, Samsung.com and select retail stores. Prices start at ₹19,999 after cashback offers.
