Infinix Zero 8i with 48MP quad rear cameras launched for Rs 14,999

Infinix has launched Infinix Zero 8i at an introductory price of Rs 14,999 exclusively on in India. The smartphone comes with an elegant design, a powerful chipset solely designed for gaming, dual selfie cameras and 48MP quad rear cameras, along with many other features.

To go on sale from December 9, it is available in two colours — Silver Diamond and Black Diamond. One should know that since Rs 14,999 is an introductory price, the company might increase the price of the smartphone after some time.

The Infinix Zero 8i also features 6.85-inch FHD+ Dual Hole with a 90.1% screen-to-body ratio and 480 nits brightness. The smartphone comes with a high refresh rate of 90hz and is powered by MediaTek Helio G90T 64 bit Octa-core processor with 12nm FinFET, and backed by ARM Mali G70 GPU. Its processor is coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and it runs on Android 10 with XOS 7 skin on top.

In terms of optics, the Infinix Zero 8i features a diamond-shaped camera island which houses a quad-camera setup. The camera island consists of a 48-megapixel primary sensor, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, a 2-megapixel depth sensor and another artificial intelligence (AI) sensor, and four Light-Emitting Diode (LED) flashlights.

The device comprises dual-cameras on the front, which include 16-megapixel + 8-megapixel sensors (with 105-degree field-of-view) for selfies. Apart from it, Zero 8i also uses a unique ultra-steady mode backed by Gyroscope + EIS 3.0 algorithm combined with an advanced video stabilisation solution.

The Infinix Zero 8i houses a 4500mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. It comes in a single 8GB+128GB variant with a dedicated microSD card slot to expand the further. It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a plastic built that measures 9.1 millimetres and weighs 210 grams.
