ZEEL COO Mukund Cairae quits after 16 years at the helm

During his tenure at ZEEL, Cairae rose to ranks after working with almost every important profile in the company

After serving Zee Entertainment Enterprises (ZEEL) for over 16 years, , the company chief operating officer – international business at ZEEL has announced to part ways from the company.

According to the latest update on Cairae’s LinkedIn account, Mukund is no more associated with the company. According to company sources, during his tenure at ZEEL, Cairae rose to ranks after working with almost every important profile in the company.

Before being the COO- international business at ZEEL, Mukund was heading sports business at ZEEL India. As COO, he managed the international linear broadcast business, sports business, worldwide film distribution, international ad sales, program sales, and film production.

He was also in charge of local consumer businesses in Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, the , , Russia, and Latin . Cairae joined ZEEL in July 2004 as vice president – distribution for the Asia Pacific. His next move is not yet known.
