Top management leader, Zeeshan Ramlan has joined crypto exchange platform CoinSwitch Kuber as Director and Head – HR. According to the company statement, Ramlan assumed new responsibilities on May 21 and will be reporting to the company CEO, Ashish Singhal.
Ramlan, in his role, will be working “with the founders and business leaders to build a strong employee-first culture at CoinSwitch and develop and lead the HR Business Partnering, Organisation Development (OD), Compensation, HR Operations, Diversity and Employee Relations team at CoinSwitch,” the company said.
Speaking on joining the crypto exchange platform CoinSwitch Kuber, Ramlan said that he will act as a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership team and work to bring in innovative people practices within CoinSwitch.
Ramlan is an HR Leader with 13 years of experience in various functional areas, including HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Diversity & Inclusion, Engagement, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Talent Acquisition.
Before joining CoinSwitch Kuber, he had been working with the software company Intuit for more than four years. Most recently, he was serving the company in the role of Global HR Leader – Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Acquisition Partner (India).
An MBA from Symbiosis International University and Bachelors of Commerce from St Aloysius Institute, Ramlan has also worked with IT major Infosys for over eight years. He joined the company in 2008 as Corporate HR – Employee Relations Team and then took the role of Senior HR Lead – Business Partner HR.
