The company saw a 100% increase in its managed security services plus a strong 100% customer retention for all of their annual contracts. The big wins of the year comprised many multinational organisations availing the SOC services of the company. In the Middle East, the company by a strong 60% YoY, making it one of the most successful years for the company.
Globally, Network Intelligence has amongst its clients, leaders in the BFSI, IT&ITES, E-commerce, Oil Gas and Power space. In mid-2017, the company set up an office in the USA and has seen regular business coming in from the region. Recently, the company opened its Singapore office to service the fast-growing Asia Pacific market and it is already making big inroads.
Besides, globally launching its in-house developed Automated Solution for Firewall Analysis & Configuration Management – Firesec and it’s Big Data Security Analytics Platform – Insights, in 2018-19, the company plans to introduce new security services including Cyber Range; Critical Infrastructure; Cyber Insurance; and Identity and Access Management.

With an increased demand for security as a service and strong push of cybersecurity compliances, we aim to achieve similar growth levels in the foreseeable future.
