MG Motor ropes in Cognizant to create Omnichannel experience for MG Hector SUV customers

IT consulting firm Cognizant said that it has designed and implemented a digital solution enabling MG Motor India to deliver a seamless and intuitive experience to customers of the Hector SUV. The car which is being touted as one of India’s first ‘connected internet car’ was recently launched in the market.

The IT firm said that it has developed the personalised digital channels with Adobe Experience to enable a consistent, high-quality experience for current as well as prospective customers of the MG Motor India.

Cognizant claimed that it also designed and developed an enterprise planning and management platform, based on SAP , which optimises key enterprise processes including production, sales, distribution, materials, warehouse management, and finance for better operational efficiency and agility.

According to IT consulting firm, the digital solution has enabled MG Motor India to extend its in-car connected vehicle experience to all phases of a customer’s brand experience ― from consideration, evaluation, purchase to use.
