Larsen & Toubro Infotech has created an Innovation & Experience Centre concentrating on technology at the LTI Whitefield location in Bengaluru, India. The Center will help businesses modernise their processes and accelerate their digital transformations.

LTI solutions that have been co-created utilising IBM technologies such as IBM Cloud and Cloud Paks will be shown at this Innovation and Experience Center. Customers will be able to interact with LTI and IBM technical staff for in-depth technology briefings, solution demos, software, tool access, and solution workshops at the Centre, said the company.

“The fast technological improvements make it important for clients to experience solutions before adopting them,” stated Sudhir Chaturvedi, President-Sales and Executive Board Member of LTI. For IBM and LTI's joint clients, our new Bengaluru centre meets this demand. This centre will provide customers with the benefits of LTI's deep domain understanding and IBM's deep technical competence, assisting them in their transformation path.”

IBM and LTI will collaborate and invest in developing industry views on digital transformation, , data and AI, and security services through this centre. In addition, both LTI and IBM teams will collaborate with clients to fulfil business needs for digital transformation and cloud management.

STMicro quarterly profit declines by 18.4% owing to slow demand

European chipmaker STMicroelectronics reported net revenues of $3.47 billion, marking an 18.4% decline compared to the same period last year. This downturn was particularly noticeable in the automotive and industrial sectors, although gains in personal electronics provided some balance.
