James McCready to lead Adobe Japan and Asia Pacific

Adobe has said James McCready, president of Adobe , is expanding his role to lead the company’s operations in Japan and Asia Pacific (APAC). The announcement follows the appointment of Paul Robson as president of Adobe in , the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

McCready has extensive experience leading enterprise and commercial businesses in Asia and the United States. He joined Adobe in April 2018 to lead the company’s Japan  , based in Tokyo. Prior to joining Adobe, McCready was vice president of APAC and Japan at , leading sales strategy and execution, as well as platforms and solutions.

Adobe executive vice president of worldwide field operations, Matt Thompson: “James brings incredible experience to Adobe and I look forward to seeing him continue to grow Adobe’s business across APAC in his expanded role.”

Robson joined Adobe in November 2011 and has held various roles, most recently leading the company’s APAC business. Under Paul’s leadership, Adobe APAC has expanded into new markets and undergone significant growth.

India logged 29 lakh cyber incidents in 2025, up 85% in two years

India recorded 29.44 lakh cyber security incidents in 2025, an 85 per cent increase from 2023, the government told the Lok Sabha. CERT-In has empanelled 237 security auditing organisations and trained over 11 lakh participants through awareness programmes.
