Infosys ties-up with Archrock, to integrate digital tech and mobile tools for US firm

Infosys would leverage its pre-configured accelerator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Application to streamline and enhance the efficiencies of Archrocks field services

In a major grab for Indian major Infosys, the company has announced a tie-up with a natural gas compression services provider, to integrate its digital technologies and mobile tools for field service technicians.

According to Infosys, as part of this engagement, the IT major would leverage its pre-configured accelerator for Dynamics 365 Field Service Application to streamline and enhance the efficiencies of Archrocks field services and operations.

Bengaluru-headquartered Infosys in a statement said that it would implement the field services platform integrated with backend enterprise resource planning systems.

“Our collaboration with Infosys is part of a multi-year technology project to further enhance the value proposition to our customers, more effectively manage our assets, reduce our emissions footprint and yield attractive value for our shareholders,” Eric Thode, Archrocks Senior Vice- , Operations said in a statement.
